Deep Blue Whale is a specialized Water-type Magic Attacker with extremely high Magic Defense (135) and decent Physical Defense (119), but extremely low Speed (50) and weak Physical Attack (40). Its trait "Oppression" doubles Energy change effects, making it extremely sensitive to Energy modification skills. Its skill pool focuses on high-cost magic damage, combined with various damage reduction defensive skills and weather/mark support. The core strategy is to use its trait with "Water Ring," "Water Cannon," etc. for Energy compression, or rely on "Bubble Shield," "Tide," etc. for field buffs before counterattacking.

An energy cost compression build centered on the trait 'Oppression'. Water Ring provides damage reduction and significant energy cost reduction, Water Cannon self-reduces cost, Water Wave grows in late game, Magic Enhancement provides damage foundation. Once established, possesses extremely low-cost high-power skill combinations, paired with high dual defense for on-field attrition.
Core damage skill with base 110 Energy cost, permanently -1 Energy per use, amplified to -2 per use by Trait "Oppression". After multiple uses, energy cost drops extremely low, becoming a cheap high-damage option.
Trait core amplifier, 60% damage reduction ensures survival, gains -2 energy cost for all skills when responding to attacks, amplified to -4 by trait. Combined with Water Cannon can quickly achieve energy freedom.
Setup buff skill. 0 Energy cost for Magic Attack +70%, providing output foundation for subsequent Water Cannon/Water Wave. No activation cost, suitable for slow-speed backline opening.
Late-game growth output, initial 90 energy cost, +20 power each turn end. Combined with Water Ring's energy cost reduction and Magic Boost's magic attack bonus, becomes high-damage low-cost finisher in late game
Late-game defensive counter, extreme magic attack burst
Extreme Burst Build: Abandons energy management, pursuing single-hit maximum damage. Bubble Shield provides 80% damage reduction and Magic Attack boost, Magic Boost secondary amplification, Sonic Boom deals devastating damage. Rain Dance provides environmental support, 0 cost doesn't interfere with core rhythm.
0 Energy Cost weather skill: initiates Rain. Though skill pool lacks obvious Rain synergy, Water attribute has hidden benefits under Rain, and 0 Energy Cost doesn't disrupt action tempo.
Strongest defense skill, 80% damage reduction when responding to attack, gains Magic Attack +70% after trigger. Extremely high damage reduction ensures slow speed survival, counter-attack enhancement directly boosts output.
High-power attack, 130 Energy cost. Combined with Bubble Shield's Magic Attack boost and possible Rainy weather, deals burst damage.
0 Energy startup boost, Magic ATK +70% can stack with Bubble Shield's Magic ATK bonus, achieving extreme burst of +140% Magic ATK, or serves as alternative boost when Bubble Shield doesn't trigger

Gambler Burst Build, relying on Deluge's counter status to trigger the trait's amplified -12 energy cost. Tide attempts to provide trigger conditions (Wet Mark may relate to status), Magic Boost and Water Splash ensure basic output and energy flow. Once Deluge triggers, gain an extremely low-cost 150 power finisher.
High energy cost high power skill (150), permanently -6 energy cost when countering, amplified to -12 by trait 'Oppression'. If triggered, instantly becomes 38 energy cheap ultimate, the trait's maximum payoff point.
60% damage reduction counters attacks, gains Wet Mark. The mark may be related to Deluge's 'Counter Status' trigger condition, while ensuring survival
0 Energy Cost Magic Attack buff, provides damage foundation for Skyflood. Skyflood has extremely high base power, combined with buff can one-shot fragile targets
