Early game: Stack Burn to consume enemy HP. Late game: Use Burn Out for execution. Magnetic Storm provides transmission to ensure Burn Out goes first, avoiding counterplay.
Early to mid game: Use Magnetic Storm + Ignite to stack Burn and suppress HP, with Leverage Swap for scheduling and energy recovery. Once enemies are burned to low HP, use Burn Out to execute. Although Burn Out's power is affected by enemy HP, it often deals considerable damage after Burn's DoT, and its 155 energy cost can be supported through early energy management.
