Though short, the spines are thicker and sturdier, giving them higher breathing efficiency than other Thousand-Spine Helmets—they can rapidly intake and expel oxygen from seawater, maintaining stable breathing even in turbid waters. Some individuals have poison sacs at their spine tips, but the toxin is weaker, usually only causing slight numbness to those who touch them.
For each Poison-type skill brought into battle, Water-type skills inflict 1 stack of Poison on enemies.
At the start, Corrosive Acid stacks 2 layers of Poison to activate the trait; then Brine Bath activates energy cost reduction; afterwards use Spring for damage (with Poison attached) or Venom Infiltration to consume Poison for damage depending on the situation. Venom Infiltration has extremely low energy cost when enemy Poison layers are high, enabling sustained pressure. Brine Bath's defensive response effect can trigger stronger reduction when predicting enemy attacks.
With "Dissolution Spread" trait as core, rapidly stack poison via "Corrosive Acid," reduce global energy cost with "Salt Bath," use "Springing Water" as main Water-type damage with poison attached, and "Venom Infiltration" as efficient poison consumption and renewal. Four skills form a complete poison stacking-consumption-energy management loop with stable rhythm and sustained output.
Core Poison Stacking skill. Directly applies 2 stacks of Poison to the enemy, quickly meeting the Poison stacking requirement for Trait "Dissolution Diffusion", while also providing resources for follow-up Poison-consuming skills (Venom Seepage, Corruption).
Core Water-type damage. Combined with trait "Dissolution Spread", carrying 1 Poison-type skill allows Spring Gush to apply 1 Poison layer. 60 energy cost can be reduced further with Brine Bath, and power +10 per -1 energy cost, highly compatible with energy cost reduction system.
Core poison consumption output skill, lower Energy cost with more enemy Poison stacks (can drop to very low cost), while adding 1 Poison stack to enemy per use, forming a positive cycle of "stack Poison → consume Poison → stack Poison again".
Key support skill: Provides global -2 Energy Cost (-3 when responding to Defense), significantly reducing actual Energy Cost of Geyser and Venom Infiltration, making Geyser's power bonus easier to trigger and Venom Infiltration easier to reduce to low Energy Cost.
At the start, Plague Breath (0 energy) + Corrosive Acid to quickly stack 3 layers of Poison; on turn 3, Corruption reduces enemy's dual attack by 90%, then Venom Infiltration sustains output at extremely low energy cost. Corruption's attack reduction allows Millenary Helm to safely hold the field, not fearing physical breakthrough even with low Physical Defense.
A support-oriented control build centered on rapid Poison stacking + Corruption field control. Quickly max Poison stacks with Plague Breath + Corrosive Acid, then Corruption drastically cuts enemy ATK/MAG, finishing with Poison Infiltration for low-cost sustained damage. Ideal for weakening high-ATK enemies before counterattacking.
0 Energy Cost fast poison method. Only 1 Poison stack but no cost, usable on turn 1 or when conserving energy. Combines with Corrosive Acid or other methods for rapid poison stacking.
Core Poison Stacking skill. Provides 2 stacks of Poison. Combined with Plague Breath, can stack to 3 Poison layers within 2 turns, quickly activating follow-up Poison-consuming skills.
Core poison consumption burst skill, Energy cost greatly reduced when enemy has high Poison stacks (drops to 117 at 3 Poison stacks, even lower with Salt Bath), while adding 1 Poison stack per use, a high-frequency output method.
Key field control skill that reduces dual attack based on enemy Poison stacks (-30% per stack, -90% at 3 stacks). Using this after completing Poison stacking can greatly weaken enemy output capability, creating a safe damage environment for allies.

For each Poison stack the enemy has, enemy gains -30% ATK and MATK.
