This build fully utilizes Oracle Shark's 125 speed base stat priority advantage, focusing on support interference while maintaining certain output capability.
Core support skill that changes the weather to Rain for 8 turns. Provides a buffing environment for Water-type teammates while also triggering the 'Water-type skill use count' required by its own trait.
0 Energy Cost skill. +30% power after trait trigger, gains Wet Mark to set up follow-up skills. Combined with Salt Bath may become 0-cost high-power output method.
Core Energy Cost Reduction skill. Grants all skills -2 energy cost (-3 when defending). Combined with trait "All Skills Energy Cost -1", enables multiple skills to reach 0 energy cost, greatly enhancing sustained combat capability.
A tactical skill that forces both sides to withdraw. Priority -1 means it activates second, protecting teammates or enabling self-retreat in critical moments; best used with high base Speed

Magic Boost compensates for low base stats, Salt Bath + trait achieves energy cost compression, Soak as 0-cost high-power transitional damage, Water Cannon grows into low-cost main damage late game. This build attempts to unlock Oracle Shark's damage potential but requires teammate coordination to trigger trait.
Core damage amplification skill. +70% Magic Attack compensates for the low 77 base Magic Attack stat, providing foundation for subsequent magic damage skills.
0 Energy Cost skill. +30% power after trait trigger, gains Wet Mark. Efficient output method after stacking full buffs.
Core Energy Cost Reduction skill. Obtains permanent -2/-3 energy cost buff. Combined with traits, enables key skills to reach 0 energy cost.
High-power Water ultimate, permanently -1 Energy per use. Combined with Salt Bath and trait, can quickly reduce to low or even 0 Energy, becoming main late-game damage output.
Multi-hit Suppression, Status Burst
Splash's low-energy multi-hit attacks quickly stack traits and break shields. Brine Bath initiates energy compression. Wet serves as 0-energy filler. Deluge becomes a low-energy high-power finisher in Response state. This build balances early-game pressure and late-game burst.
4-hit magic damage. 20 Energy is relatively low, only 15 Energy after trait -1. An effective method for multi-hit shield breaking and stacking traits.
0 Energy Cost skill. +30% power after trait trigger. Wet Mark can synergize with certain skills (if any synergy exists) or serve as resource reserve.
Core Energy Cost Management skill. -2/-3 energy cost reduction provides greater benefit to high-cost skills. Key enabler for Splashing Water and Heavenly Deluge.
