At the start, use Deadly Poison to stack poison (8 layers when countering defense), immediately gaining high Magic Attack bonus from Fighting Poison with Poison and enemy dual attack reduction from Corruption. Next turn, use Warm-up Exercise to gain Combo +3 then Energy Cannon for 2+3=5 combo burst, or Venom Infiltration for sustained output.
