At the start, use Frost Descent to apply Freeze and restrict enemy. Quick Freeze reduces Speed to ensure first strike. First Strike for stable damage. Ice Toss to finish low-HP targets.
Utilize Frost Descent + Quick Freeze dual control to restrict enemy actions. First Strike secures priority, Ice Throw for cleanup. The Ice Diamond trait gains damage when enemy has high energy costs, but this build doesn't actively stack energy costs, relying on base control and priority for stable damage.
Core damage skill with low 55 Energy. Priority +1 compensates for speed disadvantage, ensuring stable turn order.
Core control skill. 0 Energy Cost directly grants 4 Freeze stacks, greatly limiting enemy actions and combining with Trait for damage amplification.

Built around the trait 'Ice Drill', using Ice Bind + Instant Zero to rapidly stack enemy energy costs, allowing First Strike and Ice Crystal Drop to enjoy high damage bonuses. Instant Zero as a Counter skill can counter enemy defensive actions.

Using Freeze stacks as core, Frost Descent for quick stacking, Snowball for doubled burst when enemy has status, Blizzard to supplement Freeze stacks, and Hail for Counter cleanup. Ice Drill Trait as bonus, not actively stacking Energy cost.
